Jenna Brinson is AMC Player of the Week

The University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy's Jenna Brinson was named the American Midwest Conference's Volleyball Setter of the Week on Monday for the week of Oct. 16-22.

In three matches on the week, Brinson racked up a total of 81 assists and 19 digs. Twice in three matches, the Eutectics setter amassed over 30 assists including a 31-assist, 11-dig double-double stat line in a four-set loss on Saturday against Central Baptist. UHSP went 1-2 on the week, picking up an AMC victory over Williams Baptist on Tuesday.

Brinson is the first Eutectic to be named a Volleyball Player of the Week by the AMC since Lauren Brown for the week of Mar. 8-14, 2021.
