Six Eutectics Selected for CSC Academic All-District Soccer Teams

Pietro Martano, Rishab Rajesh, Christopher Taylor, Tanner Tolan, Jacob Woodard, and Alexa Hildebrand were the six UHSP student-athletes included on the recently-released 2024-25 NAIA Academic All-District® Men's and Women's Soccer teams. Individuals are selected by College Sports Communicators (CSC) for the award, which recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom.

Alexa Hildebrand is the first athlete in UHSP women's soccer history to receive the honor of Academic All-District from CSC. The award comes fresh on the heels of her recent American Midwest Conference (AMC) awards of "Newcomer of the Year," First-Team All-Conference, and All-Tournament Team.

The five individuals selected from the men's team is the most ever for the UHSP men's program. Pietro Martano, Rishab Rajesh, Christopher Taylor, and Tanner Tolan all received the award for the first time. It is Jacob Woodard's second such award, having received Academic All-District and Academic All-America First-Team honors in 2023. Woodard was also an AMC Second-Team All-Conference and Champion of Team selection this season. All five Eutectic men's soccer awardees were also named AMC Academic All-Conference.

Academic All-District® honorees were considered for advancement to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. Hildebrand and Woodard have been selected as CSC Academic All-America® finalists and will advance to the national ballot to be voted on by CSC members. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced December 11, 2024.

The CSC has been honoring outstanding academic and athletic achievement by student-athletes throughout the landscape of college sports since 1952.
