Brandon Gibbs named to AMC All-Tournament Team

ST. LOUIS, MO - UHSP played in their first-ever American Midwest Conference Baseball Tournament following the completion of the 2025 regular season.  The Eutectics were competitive, but went 0-2 in the tournament. Brandon Gibbs was one of the 14 players named to the 2025 All-Tournament Team by the AMC.

The Eutectics' first game was a 12-4 loss to 3-Mission. Gibbs went 3-for-5 with two runs scored and a run batted in. He led off the game with a triple down the left field line and promptly scored as Holden Campbell drove him in to put the Eutectics on top 1-0. The UHSP shortstop would later homer to lead off the third inning as UHSP built a 4-0 lead against the Patriots.

In UHSP elimination game, a 5-4 loss to 5-William Woods, Gibbs scored two of the four runs and went 1-for-3. He was hit by a pitch to lead off the game, stole second and eventually scored on a Matthew McDonald sac fly. Gibbs' hit was double inside the leftfield line to open the third inning.

Gibbs ended the season riding a 20-game hitting streak.
