Bio

Hepfinger took on the role of Sports Information Director in 2013. After taking time off from full-time duties to have children, the former STLCOP athletic director (1998-2003) and assistant cross country coach (2005, 06), returned in 2007 as a part-time assistant in the athletic department and has gradually increased her duties over the years

Hepfinger competed on the women's track team at Truman State University where she earned her degree in communications/journalism in 1995. She went on to help coach the track team at Eastern Illinois University while completing her master's degree in athletic administration in 1997. Her track coaching experience also includes stints at McKendree University and Webster Groves High School, as well as a youth track and field team in Webster Groves, Mo.  

Hepfinger and her husband live in Webster Groves with their two daughters and enjoy golf and tennis in their free time.
